Membership FAQ
Q: Can I purchase a membership the day of my visit?
A: Yes, memberships can be purchased at the front entrance and will include your admission for the day.
Q: Do you sell vouchers/gift certificates for Membership?
A: Yes, vouchers for Membership are available at the entrance of the Zoo or online.
Q: Is my membership good for a calendar year or a year from the date of purchase?
A: Memberships are valid one year from the date of purchase.
Q: When will I receive my membership card?
A: Please allow 10 days for delivery. If you do not receive your cards in a timely manner please contact the Membership Office at (614) 724-3489. If you purchase your membership online you will be given the choice to pick-up your membership cards at the front gate or have them mailed to you.
Q: What happens if I lose my card?
A: You can show a photo ID at the front gate for admittance but we encourage members to purchase a duplicate card ($5) at the gate.
Members of a donor club (Members Club, Keepers Club, Curators Club, Directors Club or Colo Club), please call (614) 724-3472 to have your cards replaced.
Q: May I bring a guest if the second adult listed on the card cannot attend?
A: All memberships are non-transferable. Only names listed on the card are admitted and photo ID is required.
Q: Do members receive a discount at the gift shops?
A: Yes, general Zoo members receive 10 percent off purchases at the gift shops.
