Guarantee ear-to-ear smiles at your next event with a visit from Character Ambassadors from the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium!

  • One appearance includes two 20-minute performances with a 20-minute break in-between performances
  • Event venues must have a dedicated private changing room (not a bathroom) for Character Ambassadors
  • Requests must be made at least one month in advance
  • All appearances are subject to weather conditions
  • The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium reserves the right to substitute the requested character at any time and will notify the hosting organization ahead of time when possible

Columbus Zoo and Aquarium Character Ambassador Policies:
