Enjoy the Columbus Zoo (and other amazing destinations in the Columbus area) by using a Culture Pass, available at select branches of the Columbus Metropolitan Library (CML)!

How It Works

• At select CML locations, library cardholders can check out a Culture Pass, which will grant them a free visit to the Zoo.
• At the library's check out, CML cardholders will receive a yellow Zoo Culture Pass (which they can use once within two days of acquiring it), which they take to the Zoo’s entrance.
• The pass can be redeemed for up to six adults and/or children.
• The Culture Pass can be returned to one of the Zoo's team members, so guests do not need to return the pass to their library.

Groups of guests are welcome to purchase tickets at the Zoo's main gate for their visit!  

• To purchase walk-up group tickets on the day that you are visiting, you must have a minimum order of 25 tickets and pay for all tickets in one transaction at the entrance. 
• To save even more, purchase your group tickets at least two weeks in advance.

Active and non-active duty military personnel receive a $2 discount on up to six tickets when they show a valid military ID at the Zoo front gate. Military discounts are not available online. 

Visiting the Columbus Zoo from a Participating AZA-Accredited Zoo or Aquarium

The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium offers a 50% discount on Zoo General Admission to members of the AZA-accredited zoos and aquariums.

• Reciprocal members must present a valid membership card (physical or digital) in their name and photo ID for each adult listed on the membership. If you do not have a valid membership card, please contact your zoo's membership office for a replacement. Present your membership card at any Columbus Zoo ticket window to receive discounted tickets for anyone covered on your membership.
• The reciprocal discount is not applicable to pre-purchased tickets or tickets to Zoombezi Bay. 
• Parking is $10 and is not included.

Zoo databases are not linked and reciprocal zoos are not able to verify your membership. Some organizations may require advanced reservations, limit entries, or limit the number of discounts per visit. We strongly recommend calling the zoo or aquarium that you are visiting prior to your visit.
