While we are celebrating this big splash of a milestone all day and every day of this event series, the main happenings take place from 1:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.

At select times, Sam Pelican, our new character ambassador, and his friends make themselves available for meet and greets near the Blue Pelican food stand. Make sure you stop by and say hi!
