Know Before You Go
- Six (6) guests per tour.
- Admission to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is required and NOT included. Guests must be 10 years of age. All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Reservations for tours and experiences must be made at least two days in advance.
- This experience is not ADA-accessible. This tour required guests to use steps to enter the back of the truck for the savanna portion of the experience.
- Please note that once you have booked an experience, you have secured your exclusive reservation. If you do not attend on your scheduled date or cancel within 48 hours of your tour date, no refunds will be issued.
- Due to the location of tours within animal habitats and the disruptions external animals can cause, service animals are not permitted on this tour.
- If the tour is cancelled by the Zoo for any reason, including unfavorable weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule, or you will be refunded for the full amount.
