Know Before You Go
- Admission to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is required and NOT included.
- Guests must be 12 years of age. Guests ages 12-17 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children under 12 are not permitted on this experience.
- For safety purposes, guests are not permitted to take photos during this experience. Instead, a team member will assist in taking a photo of you/your party when the timing is right. The experience is in a behind-the-scenes location and is only accessible to paid guests on the tour. Groups will be combined for a tour of up to 4 guests.
- Please note that once you have booked an experience, you have secured your exclusive reservation. If you do not attend on your scheduled date or cancel within 48 hours of your tour date, no refunds will be issued.
