Know Before You Go

• Admission to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is required and NOT included.
• Reservations for tours and experiences must be made at least two days in advance. 
• The Jack Hanna Wild Encounters Building at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is a behind-the-scenes location.
• Animals who make appearances during the tour will vary for each experience.
• Please note, animals will be selected by the staff based on what is best for the animals and each group setting.
• Cameras are permitted in this behind-the-scenes location.
•  All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. While there is no age limit for this experience, we do recommend guests be over the age of 5.
• Please note that once you have booked a tour, you have secured your exclusive reservation. If you do not attend on your scheduled date or cancel within 48 hours of your tour date, no refunds will be issued.
