- Get a ride ticket good for the Train, Carousel, or Dino Boat Ride to keep the fun going
Your Santa Fast Pass can be used any time through December 23, 2025, and your ride ticket is good through January 4, 2026 – so you can plan your visit your way.

Know Before You Go
- Admission to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is required and NOT included.
- Reservations for tours and experiences must be made at least two days in advance.
- Guests must be at least 5 years of age.
- All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Groups will be combined for a tour of up to 4 guests.
- We recommend that you wear closed-toe shoes as part of this experience.
- Please avoid engaging with goats or sheep on the day of this experience. This includes refraining from visiting Bob Evans The Barn before your scheduled tour.
- Guests may be asked to disinfect shoes or wear shoe coverings before entering the reindeer habitat.
- Please note that once you have booked an experience, you have secured your exclusive reservation. If you do not attend on your scheduled date or cancel within 48 hours of your tour date, no refunds will be issued.
- Due to the location of tours within animal habitats and the disruptions external animals can cause, service animals are not permitted on this tour. Please call 614-645-3400 for further information.
